Bethany Home Health Care Center strives to provide a safe, comfortable, Christian environment that allows residents’ personalized freedom with 24-hour care and assistance.
The staff welcomes people for long and short-term stays, aiming to help everyone improve their health, well-being and quality of life. Bethany Home’s nursing staff works closely with residents’ primary care physicians and hospital staff to ensure residents receive the level of care needed for long-term health and prosperity. An in-house physical therapy staff provides rehabilitation and restorative therapy services with short-term rehabilitation services available for those recovering from accidents or illnesses.
Bethany Home is an industry leader in daily social and hands-on projects and activities. Daily activities include interactive games, arts and crafts, exercise and current events discussions. Chapel services are led by Interim Pastor Phillip Hett and community members and groups regularly bring their music and messages to share with Bethany Home residents.
Long-term healthcare and skilled nursing services include: three daily meals, snacks and coffee; 24-hour nursing care and housekeeping; weekly laundry; daily activities and cultural events; physical therapy and restorative services; medication management; worship programs and complimentary transportation. Individual care plans are created for each resident to ensure their specific needs are met.
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, has recognized Bethany Home as a VA-certified facility, signaling the home’s dedication to caring for our country’s veterans and their spouses. The facility is also Medicare and Medicaid certified. Bethany Home has also earned the SHARP award from the Kansas Department of Labor, signaling its dedication to the health and safety of residents and staff.
