Bethany Home strives to provide a safe, comfortable and Christian environment that allows residents personalized freedom with 24-hour care and assistance.
The home welcomes people for long and short-term stays, aiming to help everyone improve their health, well-being and quality of life. An in-house physical therapy staff provides rehabilitation and restorative therapy services. Short-term rehabilitation services are also available for those recovering from an accident or illness.
Bethany Home’s nursing staff works closely with residents’ primary care physicians to develop personalized care plans and utilizes an aggressive pain management program to help make residents as comfortable as possible.
Long-term care and skilled nursing services include: three daily meals, snacks and coffee; 24-hour nursing care and housekeeping; weekly laundry; daily activities and cultural events; physical therapy and restorative services; medication management; worship programs and complimentary transportation.
Bethany Home is an industry-leader in daily social and hands-on projects and activities. Daily activities include Wii games, arts and crafts, exercise and current event discussions.
Chapel services are led by interim Pastor Phillip Hett and community members and groups regularly bring their music and messages to Bethany Home.
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, has recognized Bethany Home as a VA-certified facility, signaling the home’s dedication to caring for our country’s veterans and their spouses.
Bethany Home is Medicare and Medicaid certified. The home has also earned the SHARP award from the Kansas Dept. of Labor, signaling its dedication to the health and safety of residents and staff.
